Download SubInACL from Microsoft to fix permission issues that prevent the Flash Player installation
1. 在 Microsoft Download Center下載SubInACL.
2. 雙擊安裝SubInACL。
3. 下載reset_minimal.zip。
4. 解壓reset_minimal.cmd到C:\Program Files\Windows Resource Kits\Tools\目錄下。
5. *重要：請確認subinacl.exe與reset_minimal.cmd在同一目錄之下：C:\Program Files\Windows Resource Kits\Tools\。
6. 雙擊開啟reset_minimal.cmd.
7. 指令窗將會開啟並運行SubInACL。
8. SubInACL運行時請勿使用其他程式。
9. 運行完結時將會看到 "Press any key to continue"。
10. 重新安裝 Flash Player：http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer。

經原作者測試是運行上面的移除程式過後成功取走了那個pop up，IE的FLASH Player運作正常。（重裝Adobe Flash Player請參考上面的連結，或依其自動更新的連結下載）
